What is the cost for a Divorce?

We offer a flat fee of $1000 plus GST for most Divorces.

Do you offer flat lump sum fee for property cases?

Yes. We offer flat fee for property matters with Asset pools of less that $2M. That is, a mum and dad case with a house and no business.

How lond days it take to finalise a case if I need to go to Court?

We finalise 99% of our cases within 6 months from the date you commence Court proceedings.

Do you offer online service and practise in all States?

Yes. We assist client’s in NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania. Australian Family Law is Federal Jurisdiction the law is the same across each State and suceesfully represent clients in all States and even if you live in Vietnam and are a Australian Resident or Citizen!
